I just had the worst experience with this company. Prompt response at the start but they left stains on carpets and floors. A month after painting was done I moved my bed to see that the back of the bed and skirting was not painted. I texted them and got no response. This is absolutely appalling!

Used Ivanov after watching his slick videos on Facebook, booked and paid deposit. I was expecting him to start work on the books date, instead take measurements and then says 3-4 days, the steel beam is not in stock to start job. I had to chase him up constantly after a week, made every excuse under the sun. Anyways he didn't even use a steel beam for the job so obviously was a lie. After a few weeks sent worries round to do the job, half finished. When you say plaster the walls to him it means plasterboard. Job still unfinished, his service is poor, don't be fooled by the videos, he has limited people who can comment on posts on Facebook. Don't book, he's a con

I used ivan and was very pleased with all work carried out, not only are they friendly and professional but they are respectful of all things around. Left me amazing results I moved in the same day they left. Thankyou ever so much brilliant work.

Used this guy & his clowns to do some interior painting stairs & landing. They did a 2 day job in half a day, with results to match. Put the wrong colour on the walls, then put the right colour over the top, whilst the bottom coat was still wet! Put matt paint over silk, so the matt all peeled off two days later. Didn't cover my carpet, ruining it with emulsion & gloss stains. Charged over the agreed asking price too - unbelievable. Please, please stay away from these lot and go to a proper professional.

Awful and stressful experience. Didn’t arrive to the works as agreed on the planned date but took upfront deposit. Said he would plasterboard and skim all over and paint. However, did no skimming just filled the gaps, let work unfinished but his worker wanted all the payment. It was truly awful dealing with them, they promise one thing but deliver way below expectations. Didn’t replace door or even take the rubbish they made. They didn’t cover our internal floor when they did the works. They tried to charge extra for certain works which was agreed within quote. Finishing was terrible, no skirting boards, or filling in edges. Said work would take 10 days but half did job in two days. Then stood in our house wanting remaining payment even though the job wasn’t completed. Said would come back the following week but never did.Please don’t be fooled by this company, go to professional and that can communicate well. We thought he was genuine but his communication with us broke down completely as his workers only agreed to do some works but still want all the payment.
