Absolutely delighted by their service! Took my bike in for a service real quick, fixed all the issues I had for a long time in few hours where other mechanics told me they did not know where noises were coming from!Nice team and competitive prices. Opening from 8am which helps massively when you start work at 9, drop it before work and pick it up for lunch.

The team are hugely knowledgable, friendly and always offer the best customer service. I’m no cycling expert but never feel intimidated when asking questions. Had me bike serviced last week and Reece also arranged for my mid guards to be fitted at the same time. Once again I left a very happy customer indeed

Terrible customer service.Appreciate they're busy but took 4 weeks to get a slot for engineer to look at my bike.I spoke to the engineer who had a quick look at my bike & said there was no chance of squeezing the repair in (new chain).Return 4 weeks later & within 15 seconds engineer tell me that my bike is too old & he can't fix it. Provides no alternative solutions & says there's nothing to be done.Completely unsatisfactory experience

Just experienced outstanding customer service here at the Cycle Surgery on Palace Road! I had gone to the shop to see whether they could help me with my Brompton. I knew I must have put the rear wheel back in the wrong way but could not fix it myself. The mechanic looked at it and fixed it on the spot within 5 minutes. And while doing so he gave me good tips for cleaning the tensioner. That was perfect service - Thank You! And very different from the earlier experience at the Evans shop, where they refused to even look at it before next week. I know where I will go for my next bike!

I used to love Cycle Surgery, great service, knowledgeable staff and bought gear there north of £200+. However, the past months service really went downhill. Change of tyre now takes more than a week. You used to be able to use their pump for free, which was great. They have stopped that which put me in a pretty dire situation this morning and they wouldn't budge at all in a borderline rude way. I'm really disappointed. You've lost a loyal and supportive customer.

I waited a week for the appointment and all they did when I showed up was say they didn't stock the part so wouldn't do the repair. I asked why they couldn't order the part in and they said we don't work like that"!!?? I asked why they couldn't have told me that when I booked it in because it takes me off my bike for 7 days when they could have told me same day!! A typical new wave bike store where the person on the till has no clue and the shirty mechanic sees it below him to come out to the till and quote on a job

Great staff- friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the whole process. Not pushy or impatient at all, helping me to decide on the bicycle that I wanted, even though it took a few visits. Great after sales care as well with a free first service. Having browsed within a few other bike shops, the level of service really stood out here and I ended up purchasing from cycle surgery victoria even though there are plenty of bike shops closer to home. Thanks very much.

Best bike store in London. Compassionate staff who looks to help customers as best they can, facilitating requests as soon as practically possible in this busy central London store. The head mechanic, Derek, has years of experience, taking a methodical approach to tasks despite a heavy workload. Dan the manager is friendly and will tend to customers personally, addressing their needs to the best of his abilities. They are an extremely busy store, who do their best for customers despite this. Could not recommend more highly.
