Bayt has the best student accommodation for students that I have come across so far. I stayed in their studio apartment which gave me my own space. The kitchen was well equipped and the landlord is very friendly and always willing to help when you need him. Plus their low weekly rates really surprised me. Nothing too much and a stunning apartment.

Bayt is the best letting agency around Lancaster, they are very helpful and resolve any issues with repairs etc very quickly. Yusuf and the team always friendly, polite and efficient. I can never praise them enough.The student accommodation is also extremely nice. Located in the city centre, the rooms are modern and well furnished. Which is why I booked myself here for another year. Everything about this accommodation is just brilliant, it is my home away from home, it’s the best student accommodation I have lived in.

Very responsive landlord who attends to maintenance issues quickly and is always on hand during emergencies. Accepting of issues that came up as students and the payment system is smooth and simple. Spacious place with cosy rooms and fantastic city centre location. Perfect for everything.

I have had a fantastic experience with Bayt Property Lettings. My landlord is reliable, efficient and so helpful; as well as being friendly and approachable and nothing ever seems to be an inconvenience. If light bulbs need changing for instance, they’re changed within an hour of contacting the landlord. I would highly recommend Bayt Property Lettings for student accommodation. Excellent, five star ratings. Can’t thank them enough for making my student living experience so smooth and hassle-free!
