Visiting Kate's Athena groups is always a pleasure as they are friendly, business-like and a great source of learning due to the training sessions. From a business point of view, the opportunity to meet new people as well as reminding previous contacts about what I do is really valuable. But the added value is making connections with other business women and being able to support their businesses as well as learn from them.

Kate keeps her meetings fun and lighthearted and is great at supporting everyone on the call.

I have been an Athena member for many years, but only recently been able to use the Pass+ scheme to visit Kate's groups, although I have wanted to do so for a long time. Kate runs groups in a way that is both friendly and dynamic. It's obvious from the feedback of the members and the dynamics within the group how hard Kate works to proote a positive environment and how much care she takes to ensure that each member feels vauled, and has every opportunity to make the most of their membership. I would not hesitate to recommend Kate's groups to anyone in her region. Incidentally, she is a walking advertisement for her Arbonne products, and is both knowledgeable and passionate about them.

I hadn't done much Networking until joining Athena late last year as I didn't think it 'was for me' and didn't really understand the point. But 3 months in and I can see the huge benefits. The women are warm, fun, welcoming and knowledgable. The Regional Director, Kate, was with me every step of the way in the process, ensuring I didn't miss out on any events and made being part of the group a joy. I started my business during the pandemic and was really nervous about networking as it does not come naturally to me! I have only been attending Kate's group for a short while but was made to feel welcome right from the start!It really is very rewarding to be part of a network of like-minded business women whose sole purpose appears to be to help, advise and support in any way they can. And Kate oversees the proceedings with great professionalism mixed with humour and empathy. She has a wonderful way of connecting people and making them feel at ease and I look forward to working with her going forward.

I can't recommend Kate's Athena networking groups highly enough. If you're at all worried about joining a group don't be! I'm not naturally comfortable in larger groups but Kate and the members of her groups are so welcoming and inclusive that I've thoroughly enjoyed every meeting I've attended in the 2 years I've been a member. I've certainly grown my business from the contacts I've made from Athena but I've also gained a support network which I know will always offer good, sensible advice. Thank you Kate and Athena!

I've been an Athena member for 2 years now, and I loved my first year so much that I took a second membership out! Athena is different to other networking groups, the support is genuine and Kate is a brilliant and very supportive Regional Director.Athena moved online during Covid-19 and it's been so nice to have the regular meetings in my diary, knowing I'm going to see my usual group of brilliant ladies! Being a part of an Athena group is much like being a part of a family. The support from other members is invaluable. Once you get to know the other members it's surprising how many connections you can make for each other. It's great for generating business but also for personal development.
