Edison Ford were very helpful when we had an unusual property purchasing situation. They were very efficient with any task at hand and had good communications with us. We used Edison Ford as our letting agent for 12+ years and then eventually our contract came to an end when we sold through them too.We moved overseas for work and used the team to find us tenants. Well they were perfect! Kept the place so nice, paid on time, were there for a very long time. Any time there were any little repairs etc needed, the EF team took care of it quickly and at an affordable rate.Now we are are overseas permanently and the EF team sold the house for us too. Great service all round. They literally did everything for us and made living overseas so much easier knowing we didn't have to worry about a thing. Highly recommended.

I have just bought a property in Yate through Edison Ford. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Tanya for all that she did throughout my home buying journey. As a first time buyer, I was unsure of the process and Tanya completely put me at ease. I had made a few offers previously and although initially the sellers were interested, decided not to sell. When the home I now own came onto the market I was worried that I would not get a viewing as the viewing window was very short. Aware that I was working Tanya stayed late and allowed me to view the property at the end of the day - this shows real commitment and dedicated customer care - I am so grateful to her for this as I absolutely love my new home. In addition, whenever I required any information Tanya or Grace would respond quickly either later that day or by the next working day. I was never made to feel that my questions were a problem and felt valued throughout.Tanya arranged meetings with the sellers so that I was able to view the property prior to completion and mediated on my behalf regarding fixtures and fittings.I would definitely recommend Edison Ford estate agents Yate. We moved house in January. The process took approximately 6 months. We like to support local businesses so we chose Edison Ford. The team were always kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I would certainly recommend their services.

Their whole team is absolutely useless! Went in a few months ago, They said they'd be in contact if they found anything suitable - Never contacted me. I found somewhere myself eventually and they were happy to go through with the whole referral process and upon completion, Decided I wasn't suitable despite having the funds and correct paperwork! They're an absolute joke. AVOID!

Edison Ford have been brilliant and have been so helpful. Becky has been brilliant and has answered all of our questions and made securing a mortgage much easier. Highly recommend.

I have just re-let my property in Yate. Excellent service, as usual, from the team at edisonFord. I originally bought the property through their sales office about 20 years and they have managed the property ever since. Professional, friendly service with consideration to both landlords and tenants.
