On the buying side there were literally scores of documents to wade through and it was clear that they read and understood the paperwork they received, proactively chased missing information and clearly flagged issues related to numerous covenants. In the final stages they negotiated a radon bond and helped to guide us though Covid related complications in our chain, helping us assess the risk of various options.
