They don't accept shared care agreements for ADHD?! Is that even legal??!

With all due respect to the staff members, I am quite disappointed and not at all satisfied with my doctors appointment yesterday. I felt like it was a completely waste of time. Firstly I went in feeling really really bad, had to wait over the time is been said I will be seen, but that's ok I understand it's not always possible to be fast. The doctor that saw me was nice but I can't really trust her judgement on my situation as whatever she said to take to feel better it's not working at all. I am trying to get in touch with them on the matter they don't have an email. The website it's confusing and not working. But the main thing is I'm still sick at home in pain. Also all the doctors medical tools weren't even working properly, she used about 4 stethoscopes to check my breathing.

Sometimes the doctors can seem a bit impatient and bit insincere but I can appreciate that they're really under the cosh most of the time and their job is very difficult particularly at the moment, but the reception staff here are some of the loveliest and most helpful that I have ever come across. They really take customer service seriously. Professional and courteous.

There are never any available appointments regardless of when I call, and when I do get an appointment there is a lack of bedside manner.They also tried to prescribe me a medication that hasn't worked in the past again instead of taking the time to talk to me about other options.Shame, but this surgery doesn't seem to care.

The receptionists here are so kind and thoughtful — they actually listen and try to find the best solution for you. I’m always really chuffed with the service!

They never listen to my complaints. The female receptionist is rude and dismissive. They cannot even contact the pharmacy next door effectively to get my medication on time. Happens every month.

Super pleased with this GP. Just moved to the area. Receptionist is very helpful, and helped me get a much needed appointment soon after registering with them - would def recommend! :)They also do over the phone appointments, which is helpful for me as I always get anxious going into any drs!
