Paul was very professional from the outset. Good communication, and made an effort to come and assess the job as quickly as possible. Our long-standing difficulty with our door lock is fixed, and working smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

Paul was extremely helpful, offering to go over and above to help us out. His communication was excellent. He was polite and friendly and sorted the problem as best he could - he is coming back to finish the job! Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Paul came and changed the locks of our new home. Was knowledgeable and reassuring, and fixed a few little extra issues with our doors while he was there. Prompt and communicative. Would recommend.

Really excellent service from Paul. Paul managed to fit us in within 24 hours, giving us an overview of all of our options and had the lock changed in minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to use Alexandra Locksmiths again
