Andy has helped both me and my wife recover from climbing related injuries. He is a super nice guy, and goes above and beyond. He also gives you the training plan in the format that is easiest for you (for us was by email) whereas other physio's I've had don't want to send you anything in writing but have made me make notes. It seems Andy really does want the best for his clients. Cheers Andy!

Andy has been helping me with a finger and a shoulder injury. Everything had been done remotely, with very responsive email follow up in between. I have seen a huge improvement in my finger, and have decided to tackle my long standing shoulder injury now.Andy is very responsive and the rehab plans are very flexible, allowing for lots of nuances, and sometimes even me overdoing it a little bit. That is also supported by Andy's wealth of knowledge and experience of sports, and being able to understand his client's/patient's needs as well as the psychology of rehab.Long story short there's nothing short of top notch here.

TL;DR: I've had the absolute pleasure of working with Andy twice now and, I think, the best review I can come up with is this: If you're ever in need of a physiotherapist, I truly hope you're fortunate enough to find your way to him!(Now for the long, rambling part)Andy has been able to diagnose (and rehab!) what no other physio I've seen could. And he's kept me climbing throughout the whole process!! With the amount of knowledge this guy has, I'm amazed his head hasn't exploded! All exercises I've been given have been easy to follow, with clear instructions (and videos!), and continued support to adjust and progress as needed. The main thing, for me, is how attentive he is. Andy will make you feel seen and listened to. He's patient, kind, and seems genuinely interested in you as a climber and a person. It's rare to find someone who looks at the bigger picture, but Andy really does, and he's been a great help to me in several areas.I really can't praise or recommend him enough, but the next time I do something silly and end up injured (as I'm sure I will!) Andy will be my first choice. I hope he will be yours too!

Brilliant and effective service. Andy helped me when I strained some muscles in my arm last year. He went through in detail to help me understand the injury and helped me to quickly recover. I have since used his book The self rehabbed climber" to work through some minor niggles on my own. Would 100% recommend using Process Physio."

Andy is a leading expert in the field. Having conversations with top researchers and curating the literature to apply in the easiest possible way with his patients. I would take his advice on anything from nutrition to finger training.Practically, he's fully guided me from a complete A4 pulley rupture to full strength in significantly less time than it's taken me (self-guided) to recover some previous pulley strains. With a single fun conversation! Guided me through the whole process with plenty of adaptations and new exercises. Can't thank you enough Andy!

Had a really great experience. Top knowledge and experience, even knew the route and hold I'd injured myself on! I had a remote session regarding a finger injury and would highly recommend to anyone else in a similar circumstance.

Andy at Process Physiotherapy has helped me through several injuries now. He has helped me to rehab whilst still continuing my sport, and fitting in a busy life. He supports you throughout your recovery with a start to finish service. I would say his broad knowledge of climbing related injuries is second to none.

Andy is a great physio who has a holistic approach. His wealth of knowledge and expertise makes you feel in good hands as well as having a kind nature with a genuine desire to help. Would highly recommend especially if you’re a climber with specific injuries. He’ll give you clear and realistic exercises and activities with videos and theory to help with your understanding of the issues. I’ve been doing mine for several months and feeling great benefit. Thanks Andy :)

For 8 months I've been playing with how to correctly rehab my trigger finger, It's pushed me back so many times I couldn't count. Andy is absolutely superb, he patiently listens to all of the silly stories, asking lots of questions throughout before finally diagnosing in a way that anyone would be able to understand. Now he has written me a plan of action, with the things to avoid and the things I should continue to do - climbing! You expect after seeing a physio that they'll tell you to rest, it feels like that is the LAST aid for recovery in Andy's eyes, he's eager to get me to climb, but teaches a safe way of doing so.If you're wondering whether to self-diagnose, or get a professionals help, I'm sure with Andy to prod in the right direction I would of been climbing properly about 6 months ago...Absolutely brilliant, calm and knowledgeable guy, I couldn't recommend enough!

I found Andy from his excellent book on climbing injuries and came to him following an A2 pulley sprain whilst on holiday. His approach to rehab is both holistic and sympathetic giving me confidence to not be afraid of the injury and how to progress with confidence throughout the process. Following the first video consult, he was always happy to reply to any queries I had and adapt my rehab accordingly. This was so important and different from any other physio I’d seen who you’d have to wait to ask at the next consultation; Andy encourages you to keep in touch and all for that first consultation fee. Honestly the best physio I’ve consulted and would throughly recommend him to anyone!
