Attic Self Storage Kings Cross

Still awaiting my refund after three weeks of vacating attic King’s Cross money taken from my account unauthorised £721.31 and promised back on a card with in 5 working days.I have called many time to be told it would be done!Be warned there is no way to formally complain to a head office or directors or accounts team at attic storage be the platform/website dose not even have a support line or email.I used King’s Cross for 4 years the staff were delightful all change when you want to vacate and get your unauthorised back.

Artis Velicko, was immensely helpful from the very first enquiry call until we move in our stuffs to the storage space. Highly secure, and best storage space with so much convenience to access 24x7.

Artis did an excellent job explaining the building, system, and fees to me. He was very welcoming and accommodating. The building itself is incredibly secure, and the units are clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

Five Stars for the staff, the facility, location…..highly recommend, great security as well as all the above!!….. current experience:( November 21,2023)Great service today( had to leave our unit early 2 months( 12 month lease) due to family emergency… was able to negotiate a return on our remaining 2 months of the pre paid lease.Very Happy to have done business here.Initially Jaime the Manager at the time kept in great communication with me from the start- we were sad to hear of him going to another branch last week.Today Daniel and Sarai helped me and they were also very professional and knowledgeable, kind and courteous.Highly recommend this establishment!!

I received excellent service from the Attic Storage Kings Cross branch. The facility itself was well kept and It was easy to access at all times. Dan and Andre were also super helpful throughout the process.

We are in London for 8 months and we wanted to use the storage service for the first time. We chose attic storage King’s Cross since it was closer to our new home. Easy, straightforward process. Good price for the location. Artis was nice and did a fantastic job outlining everything to me and answered all of my questions clearly. Sarai and Amy were also lovely and communicative when I spoke to them. Storage units were easily accessible too. Full marks all round, I would definitely use this place again in the future.
