West Midlands Police Custody Suite

Inhumane experience. the cells smell of gasious pee. 'they should've never builded a water closet in the cells.' the police officers who work there are cruel, unhelpful and they're very slow at processing the cases. the police station and the officers who work there should be given a penalty.

I have been in quite few B&B in my time but this place is quite different. From the start the room was not too comfortable and I could not share it with my friend (some internal rules), I did not enjoy the view from the window and I felt confined, Once my place was booked I could not leave the place as they want you to enjoy every minute. The location is ok as it’s right on the edge of the town centre - very convenient for people that need the bus or a taxi to get back home. The staff were friendly, always asked if I need anything and even accompanied me on the way to toilet.

Lovely clean hotel ,no bar no mutton and rice on menu , lovely staff including fingerprint girl, thank you for a lovely time ,

Took the Mrs there for her weekend off but they allocated us to separate rooms something to do with management their pillows weren't comfy and it was quite cold therefore I had to request extra blankets there was no window view and customer service kept waking me up in the night by the slamming of the seal on the door I would recommend the hot chocolate tho

A friend was called in for a interview a few weeks ago. They were made to wait several hours. Not offered any water or food. Despite it being a incredibly hot day. They almost passed out on the bus on the way home.No one was also at reception for very long periods. There were people trying to contact a staff member for over forty minutes without any luck. This is unacceptable behavior and very unprofessional. At least treat people as human beings and not animals.*This happened at the visitor centre*

Unbelievable experience with this place-The staff came into my house and woke me up before 6am!I was immediately escorted outside and they told me to sign a paper, what kind of establishment forces you to sign something!The only good experience was the car ride to the suite, it was a green Vauxhall Insignia, since green is my favourite colour it was pretty cool.Once I arrived at the suite I was taken to the waiting room for 30 minutes or so, then I was taken to the room which was very bad, no windows, no ac nothing!Later when I asked for pot noodles they didn't even bring it, I had to ask twice...I certainly will not be staying here againIf I could give 0 stars I would.

The most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with. The custody is dirty and people treated with no dignity they even deny people’s citizenship, They label people as Black or White .False information is typed on the computer... this place should be closed down for permanent and the people on the desk should be sent for training specifically training today manners and communication, I wish if I can close this place down.

They handcuffed me very gently and there cars were so roomy and comfy and they were very professional will get arrested from them again that's for sure 5 star experience
