Team TKD completed a total house renovation project for me and I am thrilled with the results. The entire downstairs was transformed into a large, sun-filled, open plan space. Every room, wall, door and surface was updated. This was a huge project, but it was planned and completed on time and on budget.What I needed was complete end-to-end project management of all steps of the planning, all the trades involved, the builders, the building regs process – and Mike took care of it all. He gave exceptional care and attention given to every detail.Mike coordinated all the trades involved, ensuring that the renovation progressed smoothly and efficiently. It was clear that he had a deep understanding of the entire process, from initial planning to final completion. I was constantly updated on the progress, and any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed.Mike took the time to listen to my ideas and preferences, and then we incorporated them into the 3d design using Floorplanner app so I could really bring the vision to life. Tools like this make it easier to see what the final product would look like and helped make crucial decisions. Plus it saved a lot of money on other design fees that we might have had to consider.One aspect that truly set this team apart was their ability to provide great new ideas for the final touches. They brought new concepts to the table, enhancing the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space. Their creativity and expertise were evident in every suggestion they made, and I am grateful for their input and guidance. This project was the first large renovation I’ve done, but of course it’s familiar territory for this team and the made sure I had all the support and answer I needed.Throughout the entire project, no extra request was too much for the team. They were accommodating, flexible, and always went above and beyond. Mike and the team did a great job with our bedroom and en-suite. Period homes are always fiddly, but we’re really pleased with the outcome. Communication was great throughout and we were able to get an excellent and sensitive improvement to our home, whilst working within the constraints of our listed building consent. Highly recommend.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job with my loft conversion despite any issues my house decided to throw at them. It was finished to a very high quality and has gone from a cold, disappointing storage space to one of best rooms in my house.

Mike and his team have just completed our new kitchen and fitted us with an amazing wooden floor. I couldn’t rate Mike enough his attention to detail and excellent communication made the job run so smoothly he truly is amazing at what he does. We’ve got future jobs in mind for him

Would highly recommend Mike and the team at TKD. They carried out an extensive building project for me recently including garden office, laundry room, downstairs shower room and a complete refurbishment of the family bathroom. Work was excellent quality and it was great to have a reliable and trustworthy team as I was working away from home for most of the build. Mike kept me in the loop at all times and took the time to explain any snags that cropped up - as they do on any project. He always had a solution. Will definitely be using TKD in the future.
