Self-service machine give me no recipe for my purchase. When I got my order I couldn't get any cutlery from the self-service table or staff for my food. Left the order on the counter and went elsewhere for food as I can't eat the salad with my fingers.

Today I've had the worst experience in there. First of all I asked for an offer on my KFC application but they told me that I cannot get it even I don't know why. And then I asked for 2 boxes of (10 pieces chicken) and I told them that I want only breast & legs and they said we have to put 2-3 wings in there it's a rule and I said "alright no bother" and then they gave me one of them as what I asked for and they said "if you want only breast & legs you need to wait 15-20 mins" and I waited for this and they gave me the box of chicken with 5 WINGS and ONLY 2 LEGS with 3 pieces of breast. And I told the manager that what I waited for and what they gave me but the manager was so calm and even she didn't say sorry about that I was so shocked about her reaction because she had to say one to make me feel better but she didn't say sorry. And I was so upset and said that she got the worst staff I've ever seen and the worst service I've ever had. It was my worst experience at KFC ever. It happened around 2PM."

I had a disappointing experience. The restaurant was quite dirty, with unclean table tops covered in food remnants from previous customers. My order was messy and not up to the usual KFC standards. To make matters worse, the Seven Up I ordered was warm and lacked the fizziness of soda, making me wonder if it had been diluted with water. This was certainly not the level of quality I've come to expect from KFC in the UK.

They do not open at 11am. We went there for linch at 11am. The door was locked with staff inside at the counter. We waited for about 20 minutes after that. They did not once acknowledge us nor came down to explain why. There were couple of others waiting too. The person was just stood at the counter do nothing.

Poor attitude to customers and don't own up to his own miskate as he let other people stolen my order and promise to make another one literally a wrap and then made me waited extra 20 min and passive aggressive towards me like if you can't wait thej you can go but his the one who made the error. Whiles they can do 5 big meals delivery orders but not a wrap inbetween to cover up they failure smh

Had to change my review and lower the rating, I would give it a 0 if I could.Place is extremely dirty, and was still in the same state over 90 minutes later. Staff rude and stood around chatting rather than cleaning. EHO would have a field day.Ended up having to complain direct to KFC along with providing the pictures to them.It looked even worse in real life to the pictures, where was some areas I could not get as people there eating

In my opinion, selling point of KFC is their hot wings, the spices they add on this certain piece of chicken seriously enhances the flavor in my personal opinion and I would most certainly recommend this piece to any people who want more spice in their chicken. Additionally their Kansas BBQ dipped bites are extremely nice which I would recommend to any people who like chicken and who like barbeque sauce. Their small popcorn chicken is a perfect meal to offer any children as they are bitesize and have no bones or too complex tastes which will potentially discourage them from eating the chicken. One negative issue I have with KFC is their high sodium and fat content which will make people progressively unhealthier and have potential risk of their physical health such as the high sodium potentially giving strokes, heart diseases or overall high blood pressure while the high calorie and fat counts will make people potentially dangerously overweight if they mainly eat too much chicken which the taste and the convenience of it will have a possibility. Overall I recommend KFC yes but I do recommend that you be careful with what you eat and do not rely on KFC too much.

I love KFC so have to reflect that in my review. The boneless banquet meal has changed or I'd of gave it 5 stars. Was still nice but not quite as good as the older version. The staff were really friendly and helpful though.
