I unreservedly recommend Mike’s bike fit service. This guy really knows his stuff! Firstly, he set me up correctly on my endurance road bike and advised me on a suitable new purchase - basically I wanted to ride time trials (and possibly triathlons) on a faster bike. He also changed my saddle to one more suited to my needs. Fast forward 8 weeks, he set me up on the new bike too. I am now enjoying my riding so much more (and going a lot faster too!). Now I can focus on training, nutrition and recovery, safe in the knowledge that my position on the bike is spot on. If you are serious about your riding, or just want to enjoy cycling even more - don’t hesitate!

Great service. I went with a question about whether my existing bike was a good enough fit to invest in upgrading or I'd be better with a new bike better suited to me size. Really helpful session - no question from me was too stupid and i didn't worry that I'm very much in the social rider camp. We made some cost effective tweaks to my old bike so it can be a more comfortable turbo bike, but really it was the wrong size. The fitting was so thorough I really know what I'm looking for now.. just need to find one in stock!

Mike certainly knows his stuffStarted to get back issues on a new bike . Mike recommended a different saddle , lowered the saddle and narrower bars . What a difference. First rides after the fit were on a visit to Gran Canaria. No issues with the back whatsoever

I can't say that Mike got me into cycling but I can say he kept me into it! When I first go into it 10 years ago I was unable to go out for more than an hour or so without back and neck pains and so after giving up several times and my old bike showing its age, I decided to get a new one with the help of a professional, and that was the best choice I made in cycling.Mike sized me up on his Retül bike and gave me a list of frames and geometries that would work for me, I even emailed him a couple more times before I made the purchase and he was always very helpful in his responses.Then when I ventured into triathlons and time trials, Mike saved me from buying a new bike. He recommended me aero bars and then seeing that he had some that would fit even better, swapped them out with his own and cut them to size, saving me time and money. He even found a saddle position that lets me spend hours in the TT position and hours in a regular road cycling position without needing to adjust anything except myself!If you're having any pains while cycling or looking for a new bike or bike parts, I highly recommend sending Mike a message.

Can not recommend using Mike and his services highly enough..From start to finish he was thoroughly attentive with an eye for absolute perfection and I have come away after a double bike fit session 100% satisfied..Even going home and personally transferring all his measurements on to my static training bike and the difference was incredible.First class.Highly recommended...

Mike has done bike fits on 6 of our bikes and I would recommend him highly. His attention to detail and knowledge of cycling is second to none. Everyone I know who has used Mike's services can't speak highly enough of him.

After changing my bars on my TT bike, I was finding it impossible to get in a comfortable position. My fellow kept on insisting for me to go and see mike at velomotion, as he has had many of good bike fits from him before. So I decided to bite the bullet and listen. The night of having the bike fit, I did a TT on my usual course and PB'd.I wasted a whole season trying to sort the bike myself, I should have just gone straight to Mike and got it sorted. Thanks Mike you did an amazing job.

I had the pleasure of visiting Mike at Retül in Boulder, CO. We did an exhaustive and very professional fit where he was the instructor to a set of Retül University students. Immediately after the fit I adjusted my ride, and he spent additional time fine tuning the fit. Today, at the age of 69 and twelve years later, I have two road bikes and one gravel bike set to his specifications and I ride comfortably and pain free. And when I needed advice and contacted him in England via email, he responded within hours. Whether you are a novice or experienced cyclist, I would highly recommend Retül and Mike.

I have been gifted a carbon cannondale SuperSixEvo, while we have been doing our own bike fitting for all our other bikes, we couldn’t seem to get this one to work with me. Decided to go for a bike fit with Velomotion. They have a good reputation amongst the local cycling team. I have to say I was not disappointed. They have the right equipment, space, time and patience for me. I had a choice of different saddles to play with, I was even loaned one just to see if it would work which I ended up keeping. My bike now rides super comfortably thanks to Mike ;)

Met Mike around six months ago. I wanted to upgrade my bike after a long eleven years but had no idea where to start, having never learnt to ride properly as a kid my confidence isn’t great.I absolutely cannot recommend this service enough. For a start, on my old bike I had constant back pain after five miles….great start! I’d had that bike fitted but was never truly comfortable on it which really knocked my confidence as I was forever fidgeting about. (Mike did actually adjust my old bike which did help my back out)I paid to have my geometry looked at then according to my budget Mike then recommended what would suit me best. It’s 100% worth paying to do this! Yeah, it costs a tiny bit more than a standard bike fit but you start off looking at the right products for you, not your mates recommendations, what’s worked for them but what’s right for you.Once I had the info I went away, thought about it, Mike even recommended a couple of companies to look at and to approach them for a deal which I did and got a great price and service with.Bike was the fitted for me and….I’ve not had any back pain riding since, hardly get saddle sore either (I’m only up to 80 miles at present)….maybe doing a century will change that!?Really happy I spent my money with Mike. If you’re unsure, do it! You won’t regret it :) Thank you Mike!
