Chris and Martin have been the best customer service personalities my husband and l have yet encountered. Cannot praise them enough for their empathy and knowledge.Definitely worth five star plus ratingThank you guys .. fabulous examples of how things should be done.

My mum had to go in to a care home. We asked them to pick up her bits she had from them. We gave them a months notice and the took the bits and they still took another month out. So she paid two months notice money. Dont rent from them cos they dont tell you it's a months notice plus one more month on top. Like is said DONT RENT GROM THEM GO BUY FEOM A BETTER AND MORE HELPFUL PLACE. DONT THESE PEOPLE.

My 92 year old housebound mother couldn't access her favourite channel and Martin from Hughes in Clacton on Sea cycled round to her immediately to sort it out. The service department were not going to come out for another two days. This was the best service we have ever had from them.

Hughes have been absolutely amazing with me.I first rented a TV that turned up when it was meant to the team was great in helping set it up and even explain how to use the extra features. I had my kids home on the day and they even spoke to them what I really respect.Quality of the telly is amazing for the price I pay I have had no problems at all, couldn’t be happier.3 months after my first rental my tumble dryer unexpectedly broke and with have two young kids I needed one desperately when I rung them they was great they see I pay on time every month and was happy to add to my account they really saved me over the winter as I’d have to hang the washing in doors.My tumble dryer has done it’s job ever since it was put in place on delivery and I’ve had no problems.Great team at Hughes. Thank you so much
