Fantastic experience! Traveled all the way from New Jersey, USA to London, UK through Paris. UK and Europe Pet Taxi picked me up from CDG, Paris Airport and drove me all the way to my doorstep in London. UK and Europe Pet Taxi made the trip easy by providing exceptional customer service at a very affordable price. They provided constant communication from my original inquiry to the moment they picked me up. Our driver was super friendly and handled everything needed for the long drive, through the France & UK borders. After a 7 hour flight, my cat Bilbo was thrilled to finally be able to roam around outside his carrier while we were in the car and was quickly comfortable enough to nap. The car was clean, and the driver even provided some snacks and drinks for me! Emigrating to a new country is never easy, and bringing a pet along makes it even much more difficult. Thanks again for making the long trip flawless and stress free!! 10/10 would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

We arrived from Italy with our pets, trying to take the tunnel to England, but ran into an issue because we had too many pets.Usman from UK and Europe Pet Taxi met me within two hours to take me, and my extra two pets from Calais to Folkestone, to meet up with my family.Excellent response time, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable.These are the guys to call.Ps. The limit of pets per vehicle is 5, don't make the mistake I did!But if you do, you know who to call!

Amazing service with decent pricing! Our driver was super knowledgeable and kind. The car was comfy and spacious, we had enough room for large plus smaller luggage. Even our cat seemed to enjoy the ride!

They picked me up in Sheffield UK and brought me all the way to Madrid, Spain. The driver allowed my cat to be out of the cage for the whole trip. Defined recommend their service!

We had a wonderful experience with this company. We took a trip from Paris to Cambridge with them.A very long ride (i know right). A big thank you to “Mr.Sameer” he made sure our travel was smooth. As we were traveling with our pet dog , he also made sure that the documentation was correct to make sure the process is fast as we were a bit worried as we never travelled to the UK with a pet. Not to mention the fact that the prices are honest. All in all the communication was clear right from the start and most importantly the people are nice and out pet(most importantly us) were at ease. Had such an amazing experience with this company. I have never travelled with my dog before let alone crossing the French to English border and our driver was FANTASTIC. Helped me out SO much at the Pet Reception made everything run so smoothly it was truly a great experience. Not only was my driver extremely nice and welcoming but also a very kind individual all around. As a result of this process being so easy, I will definitely be travelling with my dog back and forth from France to the UK using this company. I would highly recommend. Amazing communication and reasonable price. We had a flight cancellation and multiple changes but UK and Europe Pet Taxi were amazing in just dealing with the changes as they came. Usman was great and got us from Brussels back to the UK. We would definitely use them again, excellent service!

It's stressful bringing your pet abroad however UK and Europe Pet Taxi has been absolutely brilliant! Exceptional and friendly staff who are very attentive and adaptable to those unforseen changes.My flight was cancelled less than 24hrs before departure and they were able to ensure we would be taken care of in such short notice.My driver was welcoming and friendly with many year's experience; communication has been spot on throughout, with email confirmations, WhatsApp, and calls (if only airlines could be as efficient and stress-free!)I got my little Jasmine across comfortably and with some stops along the way for breaks.Well worth it and highly recommend the service.Jenny
