Cheap for a reason, less than 2 years old and falling apart! We bought a house with a brand new Wren kitchen installed. Less than 10 months of living here and fridge door has fallen off, several handles fallen off, kickboards are displaced and wonky, chips to paintwork and doors not sitting correctly. We are a young professional couple without kids or pets! Warranty was still with original owner so we were told to transfer warranty to us so we could get Wren to fix. Wren then said you can't transfer warranty, and the warranty owner also can't ask for fixes as he doesn't live with us. Me and my partner (living at the property and now owners of the kitchen) aren't allowed to get fixes done as we don't own the warranty! So either way, Wren completely refuse to help.Very cheap kitchens, cheap materials, poorly made and haphazardly installed to a very poor standard. Really awful.

From start to finish Wren has given us our perfect kitchen, exactly as we wanted it. We purchased from Ipswich store. From the initial design, help and advice by Craig to the brilliant installation by Lee, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Thank you guys. Also thanks to the men who delivered everything and to the quartz installers too. Would highly recommend Wren.

Great kitchen and fantastic after sales care. Only negative is the install price was very high, although I fitted it myself and it looks great as it was such good quality.

Steer well and truly clear. We had heard that Wren were far better with their customer service and hence decided to give them a chance. All had gone well but there were a few minor mistakes. I'm very easy going and let most slide. But today our oven arrived, 3 weeks late and the wrong colour. I was orient about the late arrival, but cannot accept cream instead of black. I've called to rectify but they said we had changed it (which we had not). As you can see, our 3D renders have always shown black. But we have ended up with cream.I've been patient and waited until 6th December. I was even very polite when we notified them of their mistake. But they point blank refuse to rectify it. Being 8.5 months pregnant, with two children, close to Christmas, and no resolution from Wren customer service (after a 2 hour call), I would definitely say to stay well and truly clear.

From start to finish Wren were fantastic to work with. Our designer was informative and professional. She kept us constantly in the loop. The delivery was on time, smooth and the guys were friendly. Our second kitchen from Wren and yet again we would recommend.

Really impressed by the help and patience of the designer and the work of our ever helpful installer. Everything done on time. Good (possibly too good) communications. No fuss. All rubbish cleared away. I love my new kitchen.

Brilliant, patient designer Jade. Nothing too much trouble despite changing my mind many times!! Delivery very efficient. 3x damaged or incorrect parts delivered and reordered on the App. Very easily. Love our new kitchen and quartz worktops.

Great kitchen and great after sales care. Can’t really fault the kitchen, the only downside is that they are costly to get them to use their installers. Fitted myself, it looks great.
