Hannah is absolutely fabulous at what she does. She does everything to make you feel comfortable and at ease. She is also a really friendly, lovely girl. I’d highly recommend her and Laser HQ as a company.

I visited the Liverpool clinic for my second appointment of a bikini prep package which included half leg, bikini line & underarm.Jess was in training, led by Hannah, who were both welcoming & friendly and took me through all the steps beforehand.Jess's laser skills were excellent with Hannah overseeing the entire process, who I was also impressed with her teaching technique.They both made me feel very relaxed during my laser appointment and kept checking on how I felt after each body part.Can't wait to return!

Always great to see Becky. Polite, professional but also welcoming and personal. She knows what she's doing but also gets to know you and always puts you at ease. I was nervous before my first session, my course is now almost complete and I can't thank her enough!

Hannah has been really helpful and nice throughout, she makes you feel very relaxed and reassured when you're having your treatment. I've had 3 laser SPMU removal sessions so far and am seeing the results so I definitely recommend! The salon is clean and well presented and the staff are lovely.
