You do you research when you want something, you do wonder if they are going to be scams or really bad quality costumes? I can assure you these are most definitely not a scam, the costumes we ordered (Chase and Marshall from Paw Patrol) were outstanding! Clean, perfected and looked incredibly real. They also sent me a picture a few days before asking to clarify which Marshall I would want (which I thought was a good touch as they do look significantly different) - so thank you!The communication through WhatsApp was very immediate all the time, I sent back the parcels right away the following morning and I received my deposit the next day, it was such a fast process we will definitely be using you again!My little girl and family had a wonderful 3rd birthday celebration with Chase and Marshall!Thank you and keep up the excellent work!

We ordered the Cocomelon mascot, the quality of the mascot was great and is exactly as described ( even better in person)The company were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. The delivery was fast and the instructions to send the mascot back were clear.The kids really enjoyed it , great quality, decent prices and good customer service, will definitely be purchasing again.

Costume arrived well on time and was of outstanding quality Mickey Mouse costume. Easy to return and received deposit back promptly. Second time I have used the service for my daughters birthday party. Delivery was great and super simple. Costume was fantastic and kids loved it. I am also a large (5'10 and 98kg) and costume fitted just fine. Would highly recommend!

Cannot fault this company! Excellent communication via WhatsApp, completely put me at ease with booking these costumes, received the costume 2 days before the date I needed it, all boxed up and in perfect condition. Sent back at the post office on the next working day and received my deposit the following day. Amazing service, perfect costumes which were such good quality and really looked like the characters! Would definitely use All About Costumes again and recommend to anyone!

An amazing service from start to finish!Answered all my 101 questions before I placed the order (I was a little worried ordering a costume online as some of them looked very scary from other sellers/companies).Kept me updated with the postage of my order and ensured a free returns label was inside the package.Minnie Mouse arrived two days before our daughters party and she was in amazing condition and looked fab!Minnie Mouse made our daughters birthday party and I am already looking on the website to see which character can come to her party next year!After sending the Minnie back I received a refund for my deposit super fast and again I was updated on the progress of my refund.Thank-you so much for a stress free, well organised service.Can’t wait to hire from you again in the future.

Fabulous service from All About Costumes. Our deluxe Peppa outfit arrived within plenty of time for our party and was of an excellent quality. Delivery back to the supplier was easy and my deposit was refunded the next day. Would highly recommend!

Very professional service from this company! We hired Bluey and Bingo for our kid’s birthday party and it was a hit with the kids! Very true to life and easy to book.They were very flexible with pick up and drop-off arrangements which was really helpful for us in the chaos of organising everything.Would definitely use this company again and recommend to anyone considering mascot hire!!
