I bought a dress on line from quiz clothing I received the wron size , I went to the store at cribs I was treated very well and with understanding, the young lady who dealt with me was so very nice and she exceeded my expectations of a staff member. She helped me get some shoes and earrings and never got bored of me asking questions. If I was a shop manager I’d be asking this young lady to join the ranks of managers I would also like to comment that the manager had the same attitude as the young lady did and I would like to thank them both very well done.

A lovely bright shop with lots of Choice. Such beautiful clothes at very reasonable prices.Shop is very clean, tidy and organised. There are changing rooms, an order point, plenty of clothes, shoes, bags and accessories.It is well lit, so nice to be able to see everything shimmer under the lights. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Visited Quiz with my wife and daughter both looking for wedding outfits. As my wife is in a wheelchair we find clothes shops a nightmare! But here we we're able to move around freely. Sadly they never found the one but they will be back.

Jen was an absolute star when I went to Quiz in Cribbs causeway!! They didn't have a dress I liked in my size in the store due to it being in high demand, but Jen called through every store in Bristol and surrounding cities (even to Plymouth) to double check if any other stores had it! I appreciated it so much. She was so helpful, so lovely and is a credit to the store! Thankyou Jen!!!

Went with a friend to find a dress for the evening with very limited time was helped by Lucy who went out of her way to not only find four dresses all around the shop but provided excellent customer service and opinions on style and fashion best suited for my friend who' was very pleased with the help and viewpoint. In the end we came to get one dress and left with 4 at a decent price. Highly recommended Quiz after great customer service we received.

My wife was happy with her puchases but not with the two members of staff shouting and swearing at each other on the shop floor she could hear them in the changing room. One with long hair and orange hoodie another with a blue check shirt.
