I´ve had two bathrooms fully refurbished by H2O. The first of them was finished in March 2020 and it´s now leaking through the shower to the room downstairs. I contacted them explaining the issue and they replied this isn´t uncommon" and if I wanted to get it fixed it would be chargeable. I know is outside warranty fitting and all that

Had 3 new bathrooms. One built from scratch. The designs by James were excellent. Lee and Gary were a pleasure to have in the house and very helpful and tidy. Their workmanship and attention to detail is top notch. I would have no hesitation in nominating them for tradesmen of the year

Awful customer service, went to the store as I’d seen it when driving past, needed 2 en-suites and a bathroom designing.No help offered when in store, reps didn’t even seem the slightest bit interested in helping or explaining options available. Completely a waste of time, I’d recommend going somewhere else where they’ll appreciate the money you’ll spend.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. We wanted a new bathroom but had little or no idea of what to have. We had a local bathroom company from Dronfield quote for us. They had no ideas whatsoever and the quote was ridiculous. We called into H2O’s amazing showroom, and arranged a quote and design visit. We were lucky enough to get James Broomhead. He was brilliant, he listened to what we didn’t want and came up with an imaginative design that transformed our bathroom beyond our expectations. His customer care was exceptional. The fitters we were allocated, Dan and Lawrence Hobson were utterly brilliant, their attention to detail was beyond what I have ever experienced. The tiler John too was just quiet efficiency making the tiling utterly awesome. The electricians from Lumlec too were just perfectly professional. All trades were clean, tidy and professional. As a result of our bathroom experience we had our en suite and downstairs toilet done by the team. No hesitation in recommending H2O. They make these sorts of projects easy and hassle free.

Very impressed with H20 - I visited the store several weeks ago and mentioned i was moving into a house with a H20 bathroom and needed replacement tiles. The chap i saw couldn't do more to help. He saved a box of tiles to compare against the current design even though it was weeks ago i visited and remembered my original enquiry. Very helpful. Will certainly recommend to friends & family and will use H20 in the future. Thanks

We have literally left their store very disappointed. We have bought a house in S11 which is undergoing a massive extension with plans of 2 ensuites and a family bathroom. We went in store with the hope of using their services however they didn't acknowledge our presence or offer a minutes worth of customer service. Luckily for us, the design, style and brand we want isn't exclusive to H20 and we can spend the money somewhere more polite.
