I had a blocked drain so called DrainBoss and they unblocked it. A cctv camera was used to inspect the drain and I could see the drain had displacements and cracks. They then quoted me a reasonable figure to repair the drain but I also had another company give me a price. DrainBoss were quite a bit cheaper and did an excellent job at repairing the drain - I looked at the repair on the camera after it was completed and I couldn't be happier with their service!

I had a blocked drain and looked on the internet as I had never had drainage issues previously so was unsure of who to use or call . I called Drain Boss and they were very helpful and attended at my property the same afternoon . The engineer that carried out the work was polite and explained the whole process to me he also made sure upon completion that all the working areas were cleaned down . The price I was charged was within the quoted price they had told me in the initial phone call I would have no hesitation in recommending Drain Boss to anyone.

Completely solved a quite difficult blockage in less than an hour. Really nice guy. Turned up on time. Excellent.

Had a blocked drain leaking from a manhole cover. Discovered the block on a bank holiday weekend, and following a web enquiry, Gordon called me within an hour on a Sunday. He offered to get someone to me the same day, though leak was not continuous so I was happy to leave it until after the bank holiday. Dan turned up exactly at the agreed time, and was extremely thorough and professional, going well beyond the basic clearing of the blockage but also jetting upstream and checking other drains on the house too. Gordon then called me the following day to sort payment. It was great dealing a company that cares about giving good service, and does what they say they will, plus refreshing to speak to the same people each time (and not a call centre).

Wow, very quick service from Drain Boss. Were on site within half an hour of calling. Took an hour and a half to clear the problem ( hate to think what it was! ). Cost when compared to other plumbing and drainage services I have used was very reasonable.
