They turned up the same day as I rung, reduced their call out fee because they couldn't fix my fridge. Then recommended where I should go to get a new one and went through details with me. Highly recommend, brilliant service.

I had a new integrated fridge/freezer installed recently by a big Company about which I had a number of concerns. I asked Alan to come and take a look at it. He reassured me that all was well and gave me lots of information and advice. A very kind and helpful man . He put my mind at rest. I would certainly recommend him.

What can I say?This gentleman gave me excellent advice over the telephone which has allowed me to repair my freezer myself. He could easily have ‘insisted’ that he should come and look and charge me but, no, he was so helpful over the phone and has saved us the cost of a new freezer.Can’t thank him enough.
