i worked in archers park farringdon for nearly a year now , this is the best place i worked for,the management was really friendly,and approachable,they really supported me all the way since the day i started,the staff treated each other as family, i love working with our residents,having a lot different activities every day.

My mam has been here since November 2022 upon mams arrival she settled in really quickly, loving the company of the other residents and staff. knowing mam is safe and happy when she can be! gives me peace of mind. I know myself how hard the carers, managers office , housekeeping, kitchen staff work to keeping them safe and entertained it is a very demanding.Thank you to you all

As an employee at Archers Park I can't praise management enough for the support they give not only for the residents but for the staff. I have worked in other care establishments but Archers park is very supportive and the residents are well cared for. I would highly recommend Archers Park to anyone looking for a care home for their loved ones and employment.

Archers park is a lovely place to work.You get a lovely welcome.Managers door always open if you need her.Ive worked here for neally 10yrs with great staff we are a great team.I would highly recommend Archers Park to anybody looking for a care home or there parents or family and friends

Very happy working at Archers park staff very caring and person centred with residents, give residents choices.manager is very supportive, residents well cared for, very friendly staff, atmosphere is relaxed, all staff from kitchen staff activities staff laundry and cleaning staff all work well together and support each other it's like a little family really enjoying working at Archers park

As an employee I have enjoyed working at Archers Park for nearly two year, working with a fantastic team of caring and hard working staff I have furthered my career and made some fantastic work friends, The home is well led with managers who go above and beyond to ensure the home is a happy and safe environment for our residents to live in, I’m sure I’ll enjoy many more years caring for our lovely residents.
