great service, got exactly what i wanted

I went to get my nails done of a recommendation, however I was really disappointed the design lovely, one fell off a day after I had got them done and then daily for 5 days to which point they looked a mess… there are so many places in Newcastle that have done my nails for a lot cheaper than £40 and they have lasted longer than a week…. When costs are rising this is shocking…will not return waste of money.

Usually brilliant but the last two occasions have been awful. I have managed to get some strength and shape using gels and she filed them into a shape I didn't want and when I asked twice to change them she cut them off. My nails have cuts in them now and the gels haven't lasted. I asked twice for the colour to be changed as it wasn't what I wanted and she was really rude about it. When removing the gels, the acetone wasn't left on long enough and I now have ridges in my nails because she continued to scrape the polish off anyway.Asked several times for help and for the worker to stop but she continued to talk to other workers. Felt embarrassed as shop was full and she just laughed and ignored me.

They are so good at what they do. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Acrylic nails, unhygienic unprofessional bodge job. 2hour wait for a pre booked appointment complained and just got abuse! Girls couldn't find any of the colours cut finger made a mess completely

The staff are always lovely even when they're busy, although I will say the star of the show is the young daughter of one of the ladies. Thank you for your beautiful rendition of twinkle twinkle. That alone will make me come back. The nails themselves are also good

The people are nice, shop is pretty and the design on my nails is exactly what I asked for but the acrylic started lifting less than a week after I got them done and not soon after I had pop one off because it was hanging on by a thread. When I went to get them removed at a different place they had cover one of my nails with more acrylic because it had cracked and started bleeding when filed down. My friend that got her nails done at the same time had the same problem with the acrylic lifting.

Nice salon and nice people but all my nails were different lengths, and my thumbs look like this, the nail stuck on is too big for my finger and has made me thumb nail look huge! The guy who painted my nails didn’t have a clue and left patches in my nails and got it on my fingers. £35 for these! Absolutely not! I shall not be returning.

Been visiting Nars for many years, always a great service and friendly staff. My nails last for weeks and still look amazing.
