Nick is an exceptional chef. His meals are traditional, adventurous and unusual. Always delicious food and a delight to eat. Nick is also a great personality with a big character - to suit whatever scenario he is working with. I highly recommend him and his food!

I have been lucky enough to experience Chef Nick’s meals on several occasions and every meal has been delightfully different and beautifully cooked and presented. His meals are always expertly prepared and often contain his own personal twist and it’s part of the experience to spend time identifying the many flavours which he incorporates into his work.To have one of his meals is truly a culinary feast, both for your eyes and your tastebuds, I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Nick is a rare breed of chef - amazingly creative and imaginative, offering a wide range of cuisine and delivering it all with a fantastic presence and personality. It makes him as much a part of proceedings as the amazing menus he creates.You can see that he has a real passion in what he delivers, and it is without exception first rate. I would ave no hesitation in recommending him for any event!

I was lucky enough to be invited to try Nicks delightful cuisine. The dishes were innovative, delicious and beautifully presented. I thoroughly enjoyed all the different courses and look forward to being able to return. Highly recommended.
