The Inclusion Network CIC
I come along to this place for circuit training of a Thursday evening. Colin and the team are gentle, welcoming and friendly. This is a wonderful community asset that is hidden from view. There are other fitness related activities in the centre throughout the week as well as youth/childrens work and a forest school. Absolutely amazing work goes on here.
