I was very impressed with Matthew and his Colleague TC. They arrived on time. Were very professional and handled all my furniture with care. They were careful when transferring furniture not to knock anything or scrape the walls. I would recommend them highly.

Excellent service from start to finish. I contacted Snappy Response on behalf of my Uncle to empty his storage unit. Snappy response gave a competitive quote and were able to complete the job the following day. They arrived on time and were very efficient.Would definitely recommend.

These guys really live up to their name. I Spoke to Matthew this morning about 11.30am and just over an hour later they were here to remove my rather large old phat back TV. The two guys that came were nice and friendly and it took them no time to remove my TV from my flat. I can highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review all day long I would defo use them again as they really did give me a Snappy Response much Respect guys.

Superb service. Was given details by furniture shop for collection of old sofa. Communication was great and arranged for collection of other items too. Appointment was made at a time to suit me. Texts were sent to confirm time. I was text on morning of appointment to say they were on the way. The guys were on time, very polite and helpful. No grumbling.Proper professional service - excellent customer service from start to finish.

Very professional, the boss phoned me prior to the removal van driver came, in good time. Time estimation by the boss was almost perfect, said his driver would be there for 7pm, and he was there.A driver named Zabar, turned up, very good manners, not afraid of work, simply told me to stand back and he and my son would do the lifting, and he did exactly what we told him. If you need a quick removal done, (contacted the boss today and job got done today) I would certainly recommend.Thank you.
