As a fellow cyclist I knew Sophie would understand my issues of bound up quads, stiff hips and a sore shoulder. She went through a really thorough assessment to pinpoint which areas needed work and then set about giving them a good seeing to. The result? Shoulder feels great and I feel like I have all the power back in my legs when on the bike. Recommended!!!
