I had an excellent experience at the Teddington branch today, 4/9/23. I was treated by Priyanka who was professional, thorough and a good communicator, explaining each step of the earwax removal.process. I will definitely be back.

I visited Priyanka (at the Wimbledon branch of The Hearing Specialist) for a hearing test and check-up today. She was absolutely fantastic! Priyanka explained everything to me in such a kind and professional manner, and was very thorough with the tests. I've already recommended her to family and friends....Makes such a difference dealing with someone who is so knowledgeable and personable (and properly qualified!). So reasonably priced for the service you receive too.

I have been with Sunit for two or three years and cannot speak highly enough of the service I have had from him. He is patience himself when I have to come back to be shown yet again how to change the little heads on the aids. i have had the micro suction twice and again am impressed with how he tells you what is going to happen. I have recommended him to friends with no reservations!

A great service. It was the first time I have had wax removed and this micro suction method is excellent.The audiologist put me at ease straightway and the procedure was gentle, painless and effective. Only one ear needed wax removal. Price very reasonable.

The audiologist was friendly and the service offered was first class. After examining both ears she established that my loss of hearing was not due to ear wax and only charged me the much lower consultancy fee which was appreciated.I will certainly return for a full, independent hearing test when I can and have no hesitation in recommending 'The Hearing Specialist'.

Paul McGee.I visited the Hearing Specialist in Wimbledon for the first time as I couldn't hear in both ears. The audiologist put me at ease & explained the procedure thoroughly. She was unable to remove the wax on my first visit and sent me away with ear drops to soften the wax. A week later I went back and the wax was removed in both ears successfully and didn't charge me for my second visit. I will definitely return to the Hearing Specialist every year now to have my ears checked & cleaned and would highly recommend this clinic.

I had an ear wax removal appointment yesterday at Wallington. I had been in a lot of discomfort and my hearing loss was getting me down. I can only say I was absolutely amazed at the results. The specialist was friendly, professional and reassured me. He was patient and spent time ensuring he had removed all of my ear wax including some really stubborn bits. I would thoroughly recommend this service and wont hesitate to go back if necessary in the future - i wouldn't leave it as long another time. He has recommended some drops to use twice a month to keep my wax moving. Five stars !!!

I have had my ears cleaned out several times in Wimbledon, and they are always very knowledgeable and professional. Very quick and easy to book an appointment. Always a great experience and the result is very satisfying! I'll be using these guys whenever I need cleaning.
