Good quality store with good prices. The staff are knowledgeable about the products. This is owned by the same company that owns B&Q. Some items are cheap, others are expensive. Look around before you buy. Overall quality of the items is very good. I've bought various things from here, never had a problem with anything. I find if you order online, just pick the item up instore, makes the transaction so much smoother.

Liam (Duty Manager) was a massive help. New to DIY so haven’t got much of a clue yet. He took time out of what he was doing to offer advice and point me in the right direction. Will definitely be back

They have made it so that 3 of the 5 tills are click and collect only causing long queues for people who want to shop normally. STOP trying to force customers to use the App so you can cut down on staffing levels.

Very friendly and helpful staff for a first time shopper at Screwfix. Has a good and varied selection. Limited parking but there's plenty on the rest of the estate nearby. Fast service and good offers too.

The curly-haired female staff member with glasses needs an attitude adjustment. Also, if staff age going tones the British phonetic alphabet can they be trained correctly. Mother, Sugar and Dog are not correct.

This is a great store with amazing helpful and friendly staff. It has good opening hours, good stock levels and an excellent click and collect service.As a willing but often confused DIYer, the team have been brilliant in helping me find what I need and have really made life a lot easier. It is reassuring to see so many trade people use the place and it always so busy.
