Oak Furnitureland

Went in to purchase items I had seen online and take a closer look, not one staff member spoke to me, there was a man slumped on a sofa watching a video on his phone, who l thought was a customer, I later realised he was staff. There were 3 staff moaning on a sofa upstairs, shocking customer service.

Received my new sideboard and three piece suite this morning. I’m really happy with my furniture from the salesman in the shop who sold us it down to the delivery lads who brought our new furniture very friendly guys who done great job. I’d recommend anybody to get there furniture from here beautifully made and nice quality

We have bought quite a lot off furniture at Oakland recently and we can honestly say that the products are worth every penny.The salesman who has dealt with us has been a great bloke and helped us massively,at no time did we feel that we had to buy anything.He is a credit to his firm and himself.

From start to finish, an excellent experience. Elizabeth in the store was so pleasant and efficient. They allowed us to take a sample of the fabric home to see how it looked in our lounge. We were given a delivery date in September but the sofas arrived at the end of June. The sofas look terrific and the delivery guys did a great job. Many thanks

All our order arrived yesterday and it looks lovely. Premium delivery was worth every penny The delivery guys were great set everything up tidied up as they went we couldn't fault them. Service from going in the store to the guys leaving our house was first class .

Very helpful we found what we were looking for. So we will be back to place the order soon.

Well looked after in shop. Bought a lovely set of bedroom furniture, assured at shop it would not be a problem to get upstairs past the starlift, by their 'great' delivery team (premium delivery). Delivery day arrived to have THE most miserable excuses for delivery men. They barely looked in the door and said they were not allowed to lift over a certain height. I'm 75 with a heart condition and and on dialysis and the nastiest little one with the bald head (who should be sacked) stood smirking as I tried to remove the chair of the lift, he said to my wife, ill give him 15 minutes." In the end I could only get the chair off. They reluctantly carried in the bedside units and chests of drawers but left the wardrobes in the garden. After an intense argument they drove off like madmen. I was standing looking at the boxes when I saw 2 workmen down the street I asked them to help. No problem mate

Very good service and telephone follow up to check furniture was delivered.

Nice store lovely furniture, staff promised del date then it got changed a few times customer services no help at all as I was told some items out of stock. Had a lot of chew now have to wait till feb. Not good enough
