If you are living in Teesside and into your Airsoft or Paintball then this is a great store to visit. Decent range of goods, accessories and clothing. Friendly staff and the run their own sites.

BZ Paintball are my go to guys when I comes to Paintballs and Flares for my games. They provide the best quality items, never had a faulty flare or even a damaged item through the delivery because they use specialist couriers. Not to mention the one day shipping which is a life saver!!! Staff are great over the phone at all their sites. Just lovely to find a company like this out there.The only things I would say which arent really issues but maybe something for them to look at:So I've bought from them a number of times and I would say i should've racked up a number of points that they offer on their website when you purchase an item. However, I sometimes order over the phone with the same details and the point system doesn't seem to be there. Also, I'm not too sure how/where i can spend the points, so if they could clear that up a bit it would be nice.I have also seen that over the last 2 years that I've been purchasing from BZ, they've incorporated the delivery charge on both items that I buy. It's not a big sum for the quality of service that the couriers provide but It would be nice if they could provide free shipping for orders over a certain amount or to loyal customers.All in all an awesome company just need a little work on customer retention and loyalty schemes.

Easy to order, good prices and fast shipping.

My son had a problem with his paintball gun although we tried to fix it we couldn't. He had just bought the gun from bz and he phoned them explaining what the problem was they explained what could be the problem and how to fix it. That didn't rectify the problem so he phoned said he was bringing the gun up. They fixed it. Can't praise these people enough they are brilliant and well knowledge in there field. From the manager to the man on the counter there service is outstanding. Thanks guys.

Disappointed with a recent purchase. Bought a faulty drum mag that kept miss firing throughout the day. I think it was due to the mag being too heavy and not securing to the gun when I was running. When I returned because it wasn't working I didn't get a full refund and was told because I used it once (this is the only way I would have detected a fault). Very disappointed with the customer service and it has deterred me from purchasing anything else from here.
