First visit to Keratin today and LOVED it! Lou did a stunning job of my colour, cut and blow dry! Will definitely come again and would definitely recommend. 5* well deserved!

I have never done a review online before but this place has made me feel very uncomfortable to return. I have a long hair 18”inch nano ring extensions in, went for curly blow dry twice, first time I received great service no problem they charged me £23. Second time I went for the same service expecting to pay the same price but I was told I had to pay £28 when I questioned why am I paying more I was told it took longer to do my hair so they have charge me extra. They were not happy that I questioned that. I have never heard of such a thing before charging clients extra because it took longer. How is this my fault? I didn’t mind paying more it’s the attitude I received was what I didn’t like and I didn’t get no apology when I said to the hairdresser that did my hair that she was snappy in the way she spoke to me. I have to say her hair service was amazing, she pays attention to details. Today I received a call from the manager to check if I am happy to pay more and she told me I will have to pay £30 this time as I should’ve been charged more previously. She said Danica told her that I said I know what I was doing which I never said, I said her attitude was not acceptable, the manager’s response was well if you are not happy here then… she paused as in to say you can go somewhere else. The manager was understanding to when I explained why I questioned the price change but I did not feel welcomed their attitude is disgusting and then in the end of the call she said sorry to cut you off but I’ve got a client, if you are busy why did you have to start this conversation when you are busy? You could’ve called me during the week when you had time to listen to discuss this issues properly. Usually hairdressers make sure their customers are happy with the service, to make customers feel welcomed. I found this hairdresser to be unprofessional and I will not be returning there. I’m happy to pay more somewhere else as long as I get the customer service experience I’m paying for.

My daughter went in there to have her haircut and she was not having any of it she was only 3. Having meltdowns screaming and crying we got kicked out and the hairdresser said unless she calms down I won’t be able to do her hair. Telling me her hair was matted and it wasnt as I brushed it when I got home it just a little bit notty. apparently another customer was gunna arrive in 20mins even though the shop was empty but us was in there. Please don’t go if your child has special needs like mine because you will just get thrown out like we did.

Louise has done my hair for a while now and she has recently taken over this salon. It has been freshly decorated and given a revamp! Louise is amazing at hair and I'm always pleased with the result. She takes the time to listen and understand what you want. And always makes sure you go away feeling really glam. I would always recommend her. All the girls in the salon are lovely and I would really recommend anyone to visit. Well done Louise on all your hardwork and the salon!! Xx

Have just returned home after my first visit to Keratin . Salon is welcoming and clean staff are friendly and put you at ease straight away. Whilst I was there I had a cut and blow dry with the lovely Louise and a massage with the lovely Chelsea .Fantastic salon experience have already booked back in for my return visit

This was my first time at the salon. I felt very welcomed and I was treated to a beautiful colour and cut by Louise. I received a fabulous service! Everyone was very kind and in no time I felt relaxed and comfortable. I have already rebooked and recommend a visit, the girls are all lovely x

I have been coming here for my cut and blow drys and I get Dessi to cut my hair. She is great! The Salon is big and spacious and has just had a makeover. They use really nice products and offer a good service. Definitely can recommend!

Hair was coloured, styled and cut by Dessi today and it was amazing I had never had my hair done by her before and had full confidence in her expertise and would definitely ask for her again! I hope this review finds her well! Tamsin xx
