What a brilliant & friendly Cycle shop. Just fantastic service nothing to much trouble.Had old bike in garage that I wanted to fit to a new smart trainer good advice and price meant I brought a trainer along with Campag cassette & freehub all fitted, brought bike over to fit to trainer several issues with my bike due to being not used for a while. They solve every issue and I am now a having fun indoors! Great work guys and Thank you

We drove from London just to purchase a bike from TY Cycles after speaking to one of the brothers on the phone. The bike was for my 9 year old daughter. The service was perfect they had everything my daughter wanted in stock, smooth and hassle free purchase I will definitely go to them again for anything cycle related, 2 brothers working hard together.Great service.

Another fab experience from the boys! Extended their customer service by noticing my gear cable was frayed (had no idea) and in need of sorting. Plus fixed my brake issue proper. And all for a decent price. Thanks lads

On Holiday and had a fault with a valve and new inner tube required.Rang Jim and they fitted me in right away.Excellent customer service.. nice to see that and I would recommend them for all bike repairs and sales.Thank you very much Mike.

Easy to book online system. Very friendly staff who helped make sure we knew how to operate the bikes. All the accessories provided, maps, helmets, bags,phone holder. Excellent location ample free car parking and the town centre just a few minutes away. Toilet onsite. One of the bikes had faulty brakes but the staff rectified that quickly and provided us with an alternative bike.
