I always as much as possible like to shop and use local companies and I was not disappointed with choosing Harlequin Glass. Bob was efficient throughout the process from measuring to installation. He was friendly,on time and did a professional job and tidied up afterwards. He also advised me of a product to fill in the gaps in the beading before repainting. Very impressed and my door looks great.

Friendly.. efficient ..competitive prices.. parking not great but thats down to Lbwf and Tfl destroying the roads with cycle lanes and blocking roads ..My error gave wrong measurements went back no quibble cut to my size ..would recommend ..

Have used Harlequin Glass twice in the last month. On both occasions the level of service has been amazing. Bob is great guy, very helpful and knowledgeable. We replaced the fanlight and glass surrounds from the front door and an additional fanlight above our garden french doors in our victorian property. Everything from initial enquiry to fitting was handled with ease. Would definitely recommend without any hesitation.

Got a quote from the manager and added extra for taking a wardrobe door up and done the stairs of my flat. But I still agreed as I needed the glass fixed. Took months to get back to us and after 4 months had to go to the shop and ask what is happening... He says he's been too busy and dont really want to do the job...... Rude!! Still asked him as I really needed it done and said he would ring me..... Still didn't and then I went back to the shop 5 months later and said that price has gone up because my first request was now a year ago..... And he was soooooo rude and so unprofessional and even had a excuse he's been ringing....on the original receipt it had the right number and on some scruffy bit of paper had the wrong number. He shouted at me a woman on her own and said its £200 no less.... Didn't take no responsibility for his unprofessional behaviour and didn't takeInto account how patient I was in waiting for his service.
