Trevor and his team were a great help to us following a bereavement that left us with a flat to sell. None of us are local to Llandrindod Wells and there was a lot of work to do on the flat other than simply marketing it. Trevor was a great help in both putting us in touch with local tradespeople and on other occasions himself organising for various people to visit the property to conduct work needed prior to sale. We also encountered various difficulties with the flat that required local knowledge to fix and Trevor was able to use his local network to help us to get it resolved.
