In today's day and age teaching our young people how to make better choices food wise is highly important yet difficult. Rupert (HES) attended an academy that I teach at (year 7 upwards) and his sessions were informative and fun whilst also being engaging. The children learnt a great deal and especially loved using Rupert's 'Smootie Bike'.I would highly recommend HES for your events.

Rupert and his team came along to our staff wellbeing event at the University of Nottingham and their smoothie bike and healthy snack making were big hits. They created a buzz with their fun, professional and energised approach. All aspects of their service was smooth and stress free from start to finish, including great communication, organisation and delivery.

I had a really enjoyable experience at a Healthy Eating Workshop run by Rupert. It really was fun, he has a lot of energy and is very engaging. HES provided some educational and fun activities for our HAF (Holiday And Food) activities provision in 2023. We use his smoothie bike where children can access and learn about healthy foods and can learn how to make their own.

I have attended food safety training many times but Rupert made the session really interesting and engaging. Brilliant!
