Julie helped me with driving related anxiety. I started learning to drive 30 years ago, and after several attempts to learn over the decades, I felt I had to do something about my nerves as they were holding me back from sitting a test. Her excellent therapeutic skills helped me unpick the specific issues I had with it, reducing the anxiety and raising my confidence and self belief. I am delighted to say that I finally completed a course of driver training and passed my test first time. This would not have been possible without Julie’s help. It’s simply life changing.
