Frank Nutt Sewing Machines

I had a brilliant time at Frank Nutt today. Catie helped me with the Bernina 570 QE. She showed me how to find the stitch selection. I persevered, under her tutelage, to use the automatic threader, which I’ve always found difficult with my Aurora 440.I came away with a new sewing machine. Fantastic!

One of the worst experiences with shopping. Thank god I paid through PayPal for a product that I didn't receive so I got a refund, extremely poor communication and they never answer emails.

This is customer service at its best. I phoned the shop a few weeks ago, to arrange a service. They told me there would be a few weeks turnaround.They sent me a video link so that I could do a thorough clean myself and finish the project I was on. I took the machine in today,expecting to leave it, but the lovely assisant suggested that she check it quickly. 15 minutes later, two minor issues corrected, and I left the shop with a working machine. I am so grateful.

Both times she explained what she found the problems to be, then went on to share her knowledge and experience with me which in turn educated me to solve these issues if they arise again.
