If you need a surveyor then this is place to call. Very helpful and professional. I needed a survey for my first home, I was sure I needed a level 2 but Alistair reassured me that only a level 1 was needed. I took his professional advice and got booked in. The report was very detailed for what I needed, it included photos and a section to pass to my solicitor. If I had any further questions I could of arranged a phone call for him to explain things to me but I didn't need to as it was very easy to understand. Thoroughly recommend.

I booked Alistar from Brusby Surveyors to carry out a bespoke report including Structural and Damp at a property I am purchasing in order to help with negotiations and provide a better report than the 'Free' report carried out by the bank. Alistar was very helpful and thorough with a great deal of expertise, He assisted me over the telephone with all my questions, very quick turnaround from appointment booking to property visit,With an in-depth report received on completion including over 27 photos of the property. I would recommend a full bespoke report of ANY property before purchase. Alistair dealt with Estate agents for access to the property and the vendor once at the property, Alistair at Brusby Surveyors have saved me thousands. I have nothing but good things to say about Brusby. Comparing them to a survey I bought a few years ago from a larger National company when buying my first house, the quality and information was brilliant.I had a lengthy call with my surveyor Alastair a couple of days after the survey where he takes me through his findings, he was very thorough and helpful. Got the survey a few days later which included annotated photos and detailed reports of each aspect of the house.Overall really pleased and very impressed with the quality of the survey, it was well worth the cost and I’d definitely recommend!

Alistair was very careful to make sure that I understood the service that he was providing and that I got what was needed in terms of a homebuyers' survey. We discussed specific concerns that I had about the property in advance of his survey and he explained in plain language what he planned to do. After the survey we discussed his findings and the rationale for them. He provided the survey report promptly. The report was well structured and in layman's language. I was delighted with the service.

Very thorough and detailed surveyor. Even went under the floorboards (on request as I knew there was access) and used a drone to check parts of the roof you couldn’t see. I would definitely use again.
