It was my first time getting a treatment from Amanda. I was initially nervous because I have been wanting to get this treatment for a while and have been skeptical about it, but Amanda made me feel comfortable instantly and talked me through the process in detail. She answered all my questions and kept on reassuring me during the treatment. I was very pleased with my results and felt really confident with it. She is very professional and experienced. She will now be my go to for future treatments. She has converted me into a loyal customer. I look forward to visiting again.

I had my laser done here and omg! The results I have are more than what I was expecting! Skin is so much smoother and younger looking. My treatment was carried out professionally and thoroughly. The clinic itself and treatment room are very clean and tidy and the hot chocolate is amazing too!

Wow! First appointment with Amanda and it was superb. A consultation of over one hour where I was talked through a variety of options and each option explained in full detail.I have left that appointment feeling positive and optimistic and with lots of information explained really really well. I have been a client of Amanda’s for over 8 years! I would never trust anyone else with my treatment, especially as she has been a qualified nurse for over 20 yrs and still practices as a nurse in hospital today.Amanda is professional and knows everything about anatomy which is vital to a good practitioner of aesthetic treatments. My first visit to Amanda’s clinic today was excellent. I was welcomed by all members of staff and made to feel at ease. Monika was fantastic and very informative during the consultation and procedure. We had a great discussion about my skin in general and products I currently use and then had a skin scan/analysis. Monika explained the results to me brilliantly, as someone who doesn’t know a great deal about skin and active ingredients she was fantastic, and chose the treatment which suited me. The procedure was explained fully at every point and was not painful at all. Thank you to Monika and Amanda for a wonderful experience and great advice. I would highly recommend.

Very unhappy with the treatment of MINT FACIAL thread lift with Amanda Azzopardi. The treatment failed with no lift and my complaint was not addressed in a professional manner.I was quoted £2000 at the consultation and when I paid the cost was £2500 without explanation.No attempt was made to offer to rectify or provide a full refund.What Ms Azzopardi wanted was for me to pay out more of my money for other treatments.She did offer a good will gesture of £500 plus I sign a non disclosure document not to speak of this outside of her business. I declined and decided she left me with no choice but to take her to court. The time lapse was now well over 2 months and the failed treatment had quite plainly not worked.During the process of court she put in a counterclaim of £5000 for lost revenue for her morning in court. The court case was on 5th July and both cases dismissed. Mine due to a technical issue with the MINT marketing leaflet which states instant results "

Amanda is a true professional. Her clinic has a lovely relaxing feel which calmed my nerves instantly My treatment lasted about an hour. And straight away I could see some results. I am still seeing results every day. I’ve got cheek bones and a jaw line for the first time in years.Amanda’s follow ups are great. I am so pleased with all the treatments that I have received from Amanda. I would not go to anybody else for fillers or threads from now on as she is the best I’ve ever been to. From beginning to end, I could not fault her in any way. Truly professional, and skilled in what she does, a lovely friendly person who spends time to explain and reassure you in the steps involved in the treatment.
