Peter Barry Surveyors were excellent. Justin and Ishrat were very responsive, the report was pulled together extremely quickly and was very comprehensive and easy to understand. As a result not only do we feel like we are walking into our house purchase with our eyes open, but we have already been able to get the seller to cover the cost of items we hadn't appreciated were even issues. I found PBS to be super professional and very efficient. From the initial enquiry, to the delivery of the level 3 survey, they were easy to deal with and delivered on time. The surveyor (Justin) even followed up with a phone call to clarify aspects of the survey. Excellent value for money and nice people to deal with.

The report Justin Burns wrote was excellent and showed expertise. It was extensive, detailed and it gave us a very good idea of the state of the house. He also kindly offered to answer any extra questions we had, after reading the report. I will certainly come back to him for the next report (since we didn't buy this property).
