What a fantastic little find. Raj and Steve were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.The showroom is so homely with just the right amount of products on display. I wasn’t rushed to make a decision, I was very happy with my first visit and would definitely recommend.

My experience with this company has been 5*. We had quite tight timescales for fitting as the plasterers were coming in on a certain date and we’d left it so late. Both the guys in the shop and the installers have been really helpful and have done a top job. Now we just have to wait for the weather to use it!

This is the second time I have used Coventry Stoves and Fireplaces, showing I was happy the first time. This time I am even more impressed. I had three stoves fitted and Steve organised Chris and Lee to come all the way to Mid-Wales. They did a great job and it took one extra trip as there was a large amount of Jackdaw nest that I needed to have removed, that required specialist equipment. Nothing was too much trouble and I was not charged any more. Chris and Lee were meticulous and and very tidy workers. They even sprayed weedkiller on the weeds growing on one chimney. I cannot recommend Steve and his team highly enough.....thank you for a great job and awesome customer service.

Outstanding job from these guys. Had to remove an old gas fireplace and fit a new log burner. Minimal disruption from Arron the fitter who was meticulous and extremely tidy as well as being well mannered and polite. Also Raj in the showroom was so helpful and knowledgeable helping us make the right choice. So grateful for all their hard work. Make this place your first stop if considering getting a new log burner.

Seldom do reviews, but was really happy worth the service from Coventry Stoves. They came out and quoted me quickly, turned up when they said they would, no hard sell and quote was competitive. Fitting date luckily was offered within a couple of weeks, really flexible on options, professional throughout pre-fitting. Most importantly, fitters turned up on time, did a fantastic job, made little mess, and I was really happy with the result. So I would recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic service, needs 10 stars. From the moment we visited the shop which itself is incredible, to post installation we had the very best service. Honest, helpful, everything explained clearly, questions answered fast, could not recommend more highly. We are so pleased with our wood burner.
