These guys really know their stuff when it comes to Velux windows. They installed a new triple window in our study and upgraded two others all in two days. They were pleasant, polite and efficient during the work and left it all neatly finished and tidy.Communication from Neil in costing and working out the options was first class. Would definitely recommend them.

I asked a friend in the Research department at VELUX in Denmark who was the best installer in the Midlands and they gave me HessianCole's url. They have just installed three new VELUX's and they were brilliant, Fast and Quiet and Clean. I was particularly keen to have the best installers in my famous rear view - of the first solar roof in Britain, built in 1995, and all went perfectly. Thank you HC.

From my first contact with Neil Hessian my enquiry was handled professionally and helpfully. I had not previously had Velux windows and so was unfamiliar with the product. Neil recommended that I just needed to replace the blown glass and not the whole window. The installation was very efficient and everything was left in a tidy state with no disruption whatsoever. They look amazing and I now have so much more light. Thank you Neil, Dan and Daniel. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent service.,Replaced the double glazed unit in Velux window and added a blackout blind.They never came to see the job beforehand, as they must be a good hour away, sent them photos and dimensions by email, they emailed the quoteThey turned up a quick look at the job, they knew exactly what they were doing, a top quality professional job.They also serviced the hinges.No marks left on the interior decor, and no mess inside the house.Highly recommended

Very pleased with the work carried out by Neil and his team. We had 3 off very old Velux windows replaced and one blind fitted. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. The house was left clean and tidy on completion. Would definitely recommend Hessian Cole to anyone that is thinking about replacing their Velux Windows.

Absolutely chuffed to bits with HessianCole's work they carried out, from start to finish a very professional service. Everything dust sheeted and covered prior to work commencing and once work completed everywhere was hoovered cleaner then it was before.Arrived on time and had the window fitted within 3 hours then started on the interior work of insulation and plasterboarding, again all carried out to a high standard then plastered over a few days later.Would use HessianCole again should I ever need to and have already passed their details on to a friend who is interested in having a light tunnel installed.

It was a good decision to entrust Neil and the HessianCole crew with the job of replacing two attic Velux windows in a listed stone-built cottage. In my opinion, this is a job that is best done by experts and specialists.I am pleased to have had the option of choosing two upgrades (for blinds and for glass). I can recommend HessianCole enthusiastically for all the stages, from quotation and choosing the specs, to the careful way in which they carried out the work. Greatly appreciated.

Our Solar Velux windows have not been working for 2 years, even though 2 other companies have said they could fix, they didn’t ever follow up.Hessian Cole carried out the necessary work yesterday (very tidily) and we now have 4 fully operational and gleaming windows. I am a very satisfied customer!
