Dan responded to an urgent situation involving contractors working in my roof space. He was able to attend quickly and professionally deal with a large active nest to enable workmen to continue their works. I would highly recommend him as he was a pleasure to deal with - polite, reassuring and knowledgable.

Dan and his colleague were absolutely amazing, two polite and hard working guys. Blitzed my father's flat which was in a very bad way. The cleaning they did was top class they emptied the flat of all furniture and belongings. I would definitely recommend them a job well done.

From the moment I contacted Dan for a quote, he responded immediately and came to Kidderminster to see the problem. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable on the situation I had. My rental property had been 'cuckooed' and was well out of my depth in dealing with it. He put me at my ease, explained the process involved and sent through a risk assessment and use of chemicals and equipment he would be using.The job was completed very quickly which was of the utmost importance due to the biohazards found.I cannot recommend PestMax highly enough and out of the other two businesses I contacted claiming to be professional and responsive, I'm still waiting for them to get back to me after three weeks!
