I had a great experience with Lexus Wolverhampton recently. Jess was our key person where she went above and beyond to help me purchase the right car. Jess was so accommodating and took great care and detail to find out all the answers to our questions. All the staff were so warm and inviting and you felt like you were treated like a valued customer.The whole process was perfect leaving no room for doubt. I would highly recommend for your next purchase.

My after sale with steven eagell is always bad and its worse this time with their wolverhampton center. They always hide the issues in their health check reports. Initially when I bought the car from their Cambridge branch within few months my front brake pads worn from metal to metal and AA advised me not to use the car at all. Few days later rear one were in same condition. After lots of conversation they fixed it under warranty.But now when I got audio issues in my car they kept my car for days (if not weeks) and not able to fix my car. They have given my keys back without any documentation of what they tried and what should do next. I was told initially that it is amplifier which needs to be changed and eventually said their own diagnosis is incorrect and they probably needs to change the whole wiring for which they haven’t got approval. Now,either they are not honest with me as they normally give you health check report. My issue is that why they don’t specify the cover inclusion and exclusion when they give warranty.For me, there is not a single instance when they have a job properly. It’s either they are not willing to do so or their team is not competent enough to do the repairs. So its just the sales man who are good and once car is sold then you are at their mercy. Beware of their trap.

Just bought a used Volvo V40 from Lexus Wolverhampton. Sales person Jess was great, not at all pushy which would have put me off, but took time to explain about the car and the process. The car itself is like new, they took it in part ex and prepared it very well. Thank you.

I had excellent service from Jess at Lexus Wolverhampton. She kept me updated and went above and beyond to make the handover special as it was a surprise gift for my husband. I would give Jess 10 stars if I could. All other staff too were nice and helpful.

I have previously owned a Lexus and had excellent customer service experience so returned to Lexus after having the BMW customer service experience. I am so delighted with my Lexus hybrid UX250 F Sport. All members of staff that we met were great, welcoming, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Our Salesman Jat Summan is exactly what you would hope for and did everything possible to make our experience very special. Had most amazing experience with Lexus Wolferhampton. Ive ordered my first car with Nakeeb and Ashley . I have been updated on regular basis about progress with my order which was very conforting. Both gentelmans were calling and checking on me so i didnt had anxious feeling where is my car?". Before lexus wolferhampton i have visited many other car dealerships and no one even bothered to come to me and try to sell a car. Completly different experience to Wolferhampton where Nakeeb paid so much attention to help me choose car i will be proud of. Eventually sale was finalised by Ashley who took such a good care of me and husband. All paperwork was signed very quickly with paying attention to all our needs. I have today had a great afternoon collecting my new car from Lexus Wolverhampton.
