Slavek Smooth Finish

Slavek and his father did a very good job in re-painting sash windows and other woodwork at our property. They were very tidy and efficient in their approach. I would certainly recommend them. I have employed them again more recently for a damp proofing job in my kitchen and once again they did a very tidy and professional job - hacked off old plaster to the brick, damp proofed, installed special linings/boards, replastered a redecorated.

Slavek and his dad did an amazing job with the painting! They were super diligent with pointing out and fixing all the issues, and we are so glad about the final result! They also provided us with good communication and updates, we will definitely ask them for help again in the future.

Slavek and Wlodek did a great job skimming our box room and replacing the skirting boards. Good attention to detail, and smooth finish (just as the name promises!). Friendly people and good price - maybe not the cheapest out there but fair for the quality of work. We’ll definitely use them again

We recently employed Slavek and Wlodek to do a range of renovation works around our house. Originally we were just looking to have the external paintwork stripped back and renewed but once we realised they were actually highly versatile all-round tradesmen we asked them to do a lot more. This included: reinforcing and re-skimming ceilings; repairing damaged coving; re-skimming chimney breasts; machine-painting all of the above; tiling an awkward dog-leg shaped hallway (having first levelled and reinforced the sub-floor); levelling and re-tiling the porch step; renovating the bathroom with new flooring, sink, toilet and vanity unit; and various other ad-hoc jobs which inevitably crop up when you're having work done (all of which they promptly undertook without fuss). It has been a pleasure to have Slavek and Wlodek do all this work for us. They really have been great; reliable, thoughtful, meticulous, hard working and skillful. You can tell they have pride in what they do. All their work was done to an excellent standard, and always with good quality materials. They even worked on two Saturdays in order to meet deadlines. They were always very friendly, kept us well-informed of progress, and tidied up after themselves as much as possible as they went along. We were extremely pleased to have found them and we would employ them again in future without hesitation.

Slavek and his dad Wlodek are reliable, punctual and most importantly incredibly good at their job. We booked the company for an extensive painting job including doors and other fixtures and we couldn't be happier with how it came out. The job was finished on time and with great attention to detail. We will definitely book them in the near future for other works in our flat!

I can't thank Slavek and Wlodek enough. I had originally hired them to give the flat a fresh coat of paint but ended up with so much more. They discovered some water damage in the bathroom which I hadn't known about (as I had just moved in) which they very helpfully repaired. This meant removing the damaged walls and installing new waterproofing, shower fittings, tiling, bathtub, etc. They also painted cabinets and a wardrobe for me which a carpenter had installed. Slavek and Wlodek have such a fantastic eye for detail, are very considerate and also very neat and always offered great solutions to unexpected problems they encountered along the way. I would hire them again 10/10.

Slavek Smooth undertook a full bedroom refurbishment and a smaller plumbing job for us.The bedroom involved removing built-in wardrobes, a full re-plaster, adding picture rails and skirting, and finally repainting the entire room. Slavek and his father did a very thorough job. They were meticulous and were happy to adjust their approach to meet our needs and requirements. Were we happy with their work? Yes, so much so that we are looking to get them to do further work for us.

Slavek and Wlodek did a fantastic job redecorating our three bedroom house, both inside and outside. They were very professional, very clean and tidy, and very discrete. No job was too big or small for them and they even completed jobs that other tradesmen said were impossible to do. Wlodek, Slavek & Kate are great team.Friendly, detail oriented and very easy to work with. They have painted our 3 bedroom flat. We had a very tight schedule and they kept their promise, finished the job on time with high quality result. Highly recommend them!
