Do not use this company. Order wasnt shipped when expected, no contact even when chasing. Very hard to speak to anybody or get an email response. Emailed to cancel order and phoned several more times but no response. Order still showing on the website as processing. Do not use this company.Order number: 30875 I have emailed and called several times about it.

I advised to order from this company. Will never recommend them ever again. The website said it was in stock. Infact it was not I was told this after chasing that it was in a shipping container. They suggested to upgrade the UPS to one that the supplier had in stock.A week later after chasing everyday we get a tracking number to say it will be delivered today. However upon ringing TNT they stated it would not be collected till Monday and will be delivered Wednesday.We were given nothing but the run around and false promises from this company who seem happy to blame us for wasting their time but in fact they wasted ours and put our server at risk. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Now they are ringing my customer bullying them to remove their review which I did remove for them, but they will not bully me for putting this on.

This is the first time I've been scammed, or the company is inept. Ordered a replacement battery cell on 3rd October 2021. 6 months later, I have had to file a Visa dispute to get my money back - details below.15-10-21 - Latest due delivery date. No communication about stock or delays.16-11-21 - Emailed to ask for delivery update. Response received saying that they were experiencing a high volume of orders and that it's taking up to 14 days to dispatch items.10-02-22 - No product or communication. Requested for a refund and received an automated email to say wait 21 working days and not to chase it up before then.11-03-22 - No communication, so phoned support - apologised and said accounts would look into it.24-03-22 - No communication, so phoned support - apologised and said they were working late and would work with Sean (the owner) to resolve this and would email me with an update.19-04-22 - No communication, so phoned support - apologised and said someone would be in touch with no ETA. They said Sean was in, but was in a meeting.Other notable observations:- The staff are genuinely lovely to speak to, but add 141 to the number if you are calling them frequently, otherwise the call may not get answered.- The refund form page is named Test Form".- The cancellation email address is spelt "ordercalcenations".- The website looks very legitimate

I placed an order and took them up on there offer of next day before 9am shipping. I placed my order at 9:30am 17/12/20 so giving them plenty of time to for fill my order in time. Then next day no parcel so I assumed the pandemic was slowing things down. I waited until 21/12/20 and contacted there customer service department and spoke to Shawn who assured me that I would receive my ups on 24/12/20 and that I should email the info email account and request a shipping refund. I email the info address on the 26/12/20 and never received a reply. On 13/01/21 I gave the customer service a call again and spoke to Shawn again who assured me I would get a refund in 5 - 7 working days it finally cleared today 20/1/21.

If i could leave no stars i would, this company is a complete con. I ordered some APC hardware on 9th March 2022, on free delivery. The delivery window came and went and they advised i should have paid express delivery. I ordered elsewhere and asked for a refund, was told to email which i did, no response. Was told to submit online which I did, and followed up with an email. We have called and emailed weekly since July with no response, can't even get through to any of their numbers now and their email addresses bounce back. You have been warned potential customers - go elsewhere!

Placed two orders back in August, looking for next working day delivery, and now (November) still no sign of the items ordered. They do not respond to emails, and do not answer calls, and have not been in touch since August. Avoid.
