Mr Jasani did a less than routine cataract operaton on my left eye mid-December 2020. The operation itself took around 35-40 minutes and was quite painless.The result was terrific, better than I could ever have imagined. Not only was my cataract removed successfully but my short sightedness in that eye was also corrected at the same time.I now have better eyesight in my operated eye than at any point in time since I was a child. I am now able to drive without glasses for the first time ever in my life.I can see number plates, people and even relatively small text quite clearly at a distance. It's a revelation and it's absolutely marvellous what technology in the hands of a skilled operative can achieve these days.This was the best money I have ever spent in my life and I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Mr Jasani for the tremendous job he has done in improving my eyesight.

Mr Jasani had reattached the retina in my left eye in June 2019 and I had now developed a cataract in the same eye which was expected. I was very comfortable returning to Mr Jasani for him to carry out the cataract surgery. He explained the various lens options so I could make an informed decision as to how I wanted to proceed. I had both eye surgeries performed by Kirti and I appreciate his professionalism.Before being referred to Kirti, my first left eye cataract surgery ended with a complication with a dislocated IOL from a previous hospital. Kirti and his team extracted a dislocated IOL and replaced a new IOL. Despite a surgical challenge, it was successful. I was delighted with the service provided by Mr Jassani (and his team). When I needed surgery he was the person I wanted to do it as he had been my NHS consultant for the first stage of my eye surgery as few months previously.He was professional throughout the process. I developed serious eyesight issues very quickly, it was a shock and an emotional rollercoaster as I faced the real possibility losing sight in my right eye. The most important aspect for me though was Mr Jassani was kind, and I actually believe he cared about me and my outcome.. I had macular hole surgery in August plus the removal of a cataract. I was very anxious about the surgery but Mr Jasani was very reassuring and kind. The outcome of my surgery exceeded my expectations. The surgery did take longer than expected due to complications but the skill of Mr Jasani resolved the issue. I had very high eye pressure which was causing blurred vision and terrible headaches. Mr Jasani replaced my lens which was challenging due to the high pressure.
